Platform
CIQ gives intelligent systems something they have always lacked: an understanding of the human state. It interprets behavioural and contextual signals to reveal cognitive load, strain and recovery, so people and organisations can make better decisions with fuller human context.
A short, adaptive AI conversation that responds to each person in real time. Signals from gaze, facial behaviour and voice are captured, with consent, as it unfolds. Heart rate and HRV can be added only when a wearable is connected.
Signals are fused into one multimodal picture and read against each person's own baseline. The result is clear state language: in flow, focused, strained, recovering.
Evidence-based guidance, matched to each person's role and context, with a practical next step and a direction of travel to follow over time.
Inside CIQ

Inside the platform
Every reading is compared with the individual's own norm, so natural differences between people are respected.
CIQ's AI agent adjusts its questions in response to what it observes, so each session yields richer insight than a static questionnaire.
Several independent signal streams are combined into a single, more robust picture than any one signal can provide.
This check shows whether this session is off this person's own recent sessions.
The same reading can mean something different for a surgeon, a pilot or a field crew. CIQ interprets each person's state in the context of their role.
Recommendations draw on a curated body of peer-reviewed research, secured and grounded through Mithra.
Signals can be processed on the device, and models can improve across sites through federated learning, so raw personal data stays where it was captured.
Where it runs

Questions
A brief, guided conversation with CIQ's AI agent, designed to fit naturally into the day once a personal baseline is set. Camera and microphone are used with consent during the session.
Signals can be processed on the device. Image frames are converted into anonymous features and discarded, and every person is represented by a coded ID. All data is secured through Mithra's cryptographic protection.
You always see your own picture. A company sees a named person only where that access circle was written down before enrolment.
CIQ provides early insight and a direction of travel. Clinical decisions remain with qualified professionals, and CIQ is designed to support them.
